Some paperwork is gathered along the day by teams as they succeed in the challenges they are called to face in this
Outdoor Escape Room; nobody really understands what those complex instructions mean as they race to prevail over the other teams.
Competition is fierce. Everybody want to be the first team to complete all the challenges and show off that they are the best
in the Company; whatever the cost.
...Soon will they discover how being the best OF the Company means being the best IN the Company and the best FOR the Company. For only working all together for the "greater good" can teams truly succeed.
When the first team gets to the final station they will find, instead of the expected prize, A BOMB to defuse! And the time is running!!
That is what all the paperwork collected was for!! Each sheet, one page of the manual to defuse the bomb.
...But no team has all the necessary instructions: at the pinnacle of competition, the whole Company will have to join forces to actually win. Together.
One team can see the bomb and fiddle with its components; the others need to understand what parts of the instructions are useful in this very situation and guide the defusal team as they neutralise each quadrant.
Will your teams be able to manage the pressure, lose not their minds seeing the time remaining that shrinks by the second and find out the code to neutralise the bomb and save the company?
Participants will need to acknowledge their individual skills and peculiarities and use them at best.
A leadership style will have to be identified and implemented FAST.
Clarity of objectives, roles and assignment to sub-teams will be fundamental to solve the many puzzles, riddles and practical tests that separate the team from survival and achieve the goal.
Internal communication as well as communication between teams will have to be honed.
Errors and missed-opportunities identified and rectified as fast as possible.
